What changes can be made?

Email accounts may be created for any domain hosted by Agleos.
 eg. john@yourdomain.com  or  mary@yourdomain.com

Email accounts can be customized in many ways.

An account can be BLOCKED, so it can only send and receive email to/from a select list of email addresses or networks.
This can be used to restrict a child to only sending/receiving from family,  or restrict an account to intra/inter office mail.

The SPAM FILTER settings can be customized for each account.
The spam filtering system uses a points system that evaluates each incoming message using hundreds of criteria that can both add or subtract from it's final points value.

The per account settings that you can change are:

1. KILL LEVEL, this is the point value that if exceeded the message will be completely discarded.

2. SPAM LEVEL, this is the point value that if exceeded the message will be "defanged",   marked as spam, and placed in your spam folder.

3. WHITELIST, you can "whitelist" any email address or network to give any mail from them a free pass through the spam filter.

4. BLACKLIST, you can "blacklist" any email address or network and block any mail from them.

All mail (inbound and outbound) that contain viruses, trojans, worms, etc. is discarded. No notice is currently given.
A system to notify you of these events is planned and will be implemented in the near future.
